KC DouglasOctober 21, 2012Incredibly slow service. Checked bags at bell desk as we were early for check in. Once checked in, bags never came and I went down to get them myself. Called down for extra sheets/pillows. Never came.

ᴡ NaimyAugust 22, 2013Disappointed with the shower at the Fairmont my shower kept going cold on me and would not get hot? Other then that the room is nice and the bar downstairs is fun. Just cold showers suck.

No complimentary water in the rooms. Kinda BS from a Fairmont.- Charlie PenaflorOctober 4, 2011Don't crash weddings. Also, if you prepaid for parking, double check your receipt upon checkout. It wasn't honored when a few of my friends and I checked out. We all had each bill corrected.
