Very nice place, staff us friendly and very helpful. First I got a room with some issues, the staff at the front desk changed me to another great room immediately. Location is good and I will be back.

Beautiful hotel, I've stayed in many hotels but never noticed one that smells so good. Enjoyed live entertainment in the lobby bar. Lovely entrance and sunken bar/lounge, pool setting is also nice....

Great pool and a hotel that thrives in its opulence. Great service . If you want to work out & didn't pack for it, they'll help you out at no charge by brining you clothes And running shoes to borrow

Beautiful hotel with different restaurants, depending on what you are in the mood for. The sushi, which you can eat in the lobby, is really good. A great, low-key dinner option in an amazing setting!

Beautiful lobby, BUT very small gym, huge letdown for a Fairmont Hotels. It's a great value if you can get the $79-99 corporate rate seasonally. I was happy with the service and ambiance.

Beautiful hotel with welcoming staff and helpful concierge, no question the best place too stay in San Jose. Check out the outdoor rooftop pool

If you’re in the tower, be sure to take the second floor bridge from the main hotel. Much nicer and easier if you’re towing bags.

Very sweet woman brought my breakfast this morning insisting that if I needed anything at all, I call her right away, Baby pumpkin was a nice touch, included fruit and coffee was very good.....

Rooms really nice! Helpful and friendly staff. Grand decor! Holiday weekends attract party people that turn the place into a Las Vegas resort. Stay away.

This is the only place I stay in San Jose. Great location. Great food options. Nice rooms. And Live entertainment weekly.

Overall great stay. Beware of Thursday nights in the summer where there is a free concert in the park directly across the street. Super loud music if you are in the main building. There were police of

Really cool to hit the pool at dusk, float on your bag and watch the planes fly almost touching distance over your head...we like it here a lot. Great staff, great rooms....
