CoreyJune 24, 2014Stay somewhere else. Smells like B.O. and cheap aftershave. It's a dump. Avoid The Lanai section at all costs if you're forced to be here.

Needs a little updating. My room has gadgets from the 80's.

We didn't have the room cleaned one day, and the manager said it was due to the personal who didn't have time to clean it.
So they don't inform you of the 22$ a day fee to park! That would not fly in new york. Not to mention they charge you 9$ for a bagel at breakfast. It's pretty but stay somewhere else.

Hotel is a bit of a dump and the bay tower smells rather nasty but the bay view is pretty spectacular.

Avoid the Bay Tower, too far and remote, and there's no Club Lounge.

Khat CApril 30, 2013not horrible.. not great.. so & so. the rooms looked kinda shabby.. paint peeling.. bathroom lock broken.. etc. don't think i'll visit again. Although, the view was AMAZING
Carlo MirasolAugust 28, 2011Views from Bay Tower are decent, but staff kinda sucks. No one answers when you call the front desk. No one cleaned my room, even after asking for service.
Room and service were exceptional but the restaurant leaves quite a bit to be desired.

the parking at this hotel is atrocious. valet has more than half the spaces blocked off and they're always empty. FAIL.
