We stayed in the Key Lime Loft during Fantasy Fest this year and it was wonderful! Loved the private balcony in the back, away from the noise of the Duval St!

The breakfast is great. Free mimosas every morning. Really great place to spend a few days.

The breakfast assortment is fantastic! Gets busy so get up early and sit outside if it's not raining! Watch out for roosters and cats.

Marsha is wonderful. Get room 5. Its perfect. And definitely sit in the pool with a cold beer or nice glass of wine!!
