It is a traffic nightmare to get here from anywhere but downtown. It takes 2 hours to drive 15 miles in SD traffic

Cut off time to check in is about 45min to departure. I just barely made it today.

Made it to SD alright. Little grey, but it’s early. Plenty of time to get better…
If you're flying WN out of gate 1 or 2, you might be better off waiting a while to go through security. There's almost nothing to do once you're through.
Alaska airlines has very limited food and drink options in the waiting areas.

If you are flying southwest today you get a free drink for st pattys day!
