Don't try to plan a secret champagne & strawberries delivered to your room...they called the room and RUINED the surprise! The customer service here is a JOKE.

Housekeeping only cleans your room if you're gone by 9 am. Vernon Greene, hotel manager, tells you it's your fault your room is dirty and laughs at you.

Not only do you have to walk what seems like a mile to self-park, but they charge you $16 a day for the privilege. Ridiculous. This isn't New York City.

Very disappointed with the WiFi service. Cost per day to high and poor service in meeting halls and conference rooms. Paying to park 16.00 a day is also absurd. :(
