Over-rated. My Cortado was so bitter that I have to add raw sugar over it and I have always taken my coffee without sugar. Not worth my trek here.

The baristas complain like it's their second job. Heard everything from "the 3 pm rush hour is the worst" to "it's going to suck when the bikers come in." Very off putting.
