If going on a busy night with alot happening downtown, use the valet. They give u in/out parking privelages 4 the fee. Much easier than parking on your own.

- Coming for concert.. park valet, but park early. Traffic gets bad in downtown if you wait until last minute.

jenniferAugust 21, 2013Only one person working the Front Desk at 5 PM. Had to pull all my bags in myself while the bellman stood in the lobby looking aloof. Terrible first impression.
Jen PughOctober 11, 2010Don't stay here...paper thin walls, no top on my dresser, no blackout shades, early am street noise like a rocket taking off, unfriendly staff, Hyatt Arcade or Crowne Plaza...way better.
