Free shaker & discounts at the local gnc store. Watch out though, nobody working at PF seems to know the details, and every gnc other than the one in Portsmouth doesn't honor this discount

This is a good place. The staff spotted 3 lunks and immediately the rapid hounds were released. Tore them to pieces. Blood on all the machines. Do not grunt or face the consequences.

Security is lax today. I looked some scrub right in the eyes and judged them. And no one set off the alarm or ushered me out.
