Try the tofu as your protein - it's firmer and has a great caramelized flavor, in addition to picking up the sauce well! (And you can get tofu or tofu & veggies, recommend the former.)

- The lettuce wraps are amazing but expensive for a few crisp lettuce leaves and minced meat. Good stuff though. Order online using the Pei Wei app!
