Worst ever hotel. Paper thin walls. I listen to the man in the room next to me cough as I write this. Oh and their entire key system is down and I waited 30 minutes to be let into my room. At 11pm.
We were moved into 3 diff rooms w/in 24 hrs of being here. Insane. 1st rm (1224) wasn't what we paid for & 2 small for 2 people! 2nd rm (2510) small, great view, tv was broken! 3rd rm (1506) decent.
A "full service" metropolitan hotel that STILL does not provide lunchtime room service or late evening room service. Time to FINALLY step up your game Westin
The staff doesn't give you the time of day unless you are business oriented and wearing a suit. I'm a doctor and was barely acknowledged... It shouldn't matter your profession a guest is a guest.
Bare bones, no amenities. After upgraded as Marriott member, my king room had 2 towels, no fridge, no blankets, no umbrellas to use, closet of a gym, no pool, no staff after 12 to support guests.
Clean, smells clean, and the bed isn't mushy and soft. Got a free upgrade without asking- just because I looked miserable after arriving at midnight. Very nice staff.
Pretty standard Westin if your used to SPG hotels. Higher floors are better. This is also a high volume hotel...(meaning conferencehotel). Not their best Westin but definitely not their worst.
Great location. Service was less than expected. Much less. Being an SPG member didn't really mean much to ANYONE there except us. Ugh. At least there was a comfortable bed.
Staff was super friendly when checking in! There was a bit of miscommunication about parking when I booked the room so Wilson at the front desk upgraded my room and gave me SPG points! Ask for Wilson!
