- Andre SAugust 15, 2014Becoming one of my favorite bars. Met one of the managers and he came and gave us free drinks for coming. Great vibe and interior. Would recommend!
- Great Sydney venue. Staff are amazing and know the list from tip to tail. If you're looking for amazing cocktails that push it to the limit, this is the place. Drink list changed up frequently.
- Carmen SutterJuly 21, 2015Fantastic speakeasy with great cocktail selection and friendly bartenders. Creative cocktail list but even better to give your bartender free reign. Only downside: too many suits ordering Stellas
- Shari MannJuly 14, 2012Bartender Jordan from LA is the best mixologist around, and this spot - while part of the Ivy group is older and way more classy. Awesome 20s theme, super cool underground vibe.
- Alex WalkerApril 23, 2019Slightly hidden underground. 20-30s-styled whiskey and cocktail bar. Great staff looking perfect. Beautifully run operation.
- Marie GallagherApril 11, 2015Great atmospheric decor but music is a touch too loud for the brick walls and there is a slightly elitist feel about the place. I don't feel like you could relax and linger.
- BarChickAugust 19, 2013BarChick had The Antagonist (Belvedere vodka, dark Crème de Cacao, Kahlua, Frangelico, fresh espresso and smoked cream), it was a BIG hit http://barchick.com/find-a-bar/sydney/palmer-co
- Neel HajareJanuary 10, 2020Great cocktails but the service isn’t as good as the other top cocktail spots in Sydney
- My favourite bar in Sydney. Gorgeous little speakeasy themed underground spot. Another win for the Merivale group
- Underground cocktail bar and kitchen open until late. Live music until midnight. Gets very noisy.
- Mads-Emil LarsenMay 19, 2017Solid cocktails but very loud and crowded for a speakeasy. Go for party, go elsewhere for talk/chill
- Chris BanesApril 6, 2017Really good speakeasy. Waitresses really knew their stuff and recommended some great ones off menu.
- TimeOut SydneyJuly 19, 2012Unlike other moustache-whiskey bars around town where you have to be out by 1am at the latest, Palmer and Co sport a 5am license. Read more
- Sys ESeptember 13, 2013Very New York vibe in this joint, super cool but still relaxed - not wanky at all! They make a good Manhattan too.
- Jessie LeeJanuary 19, 2016A hidden speakeasy below Establishment that serves one of the best Negroni in town
- Paul GallagherNovember 22, 2017Great cheese toastie. The cocktails are hit and miss. Stick with a classic. Or the Life in Technicolor!
- Mi ScJune 10, 2015Cocktails are great, but it is a huge and loud space, so missing the intimacy of some great small bars.
- Josh WaymanJanuary 27, 2016Not the cheapest place, but definitely one of the coolest. Friendly staff and excellent cocktails.
- Definitely on my favourites list. Great vibe. Good live music. Drinks are reasonably priced. Total win.
- Carlee PotterNovember 30, 2013Another fabulous speakeasy-style bar. Great cocktails, service & interior. GREAT music! BUT... too loud. Why so loud? We had to leave because we couldn't hold a conversation. Such a shame.
- Jaime OspinaOctober 20, 2014Ya great place. Difficult to find late bars where theres some good music and atmosphere...::
- Wayne LaBarSeptember 2, 2012Best speak easy bar in Sydney. A great bit of NYC here. But prices double from the States
- Natalie BenMarch 6, 2016Fancy cocktails, trendy atmosphere, friendly staff and best looking bartenders.
- Vivian WongAugust 8, 20141920s style, good concept -- a little bit too many suits and bathrooms needs attention.
- Becherovka VoyagerJanuary 12, 2013Shhhhh, please speak easy when entering this "underground" joint in the middle of CBD.
- Ag ZrApril 5, 2015They don't let you in girls even dressed up if you don't wear heels! Totally discriminating! I won't try again for sure.!
- First place here that's reminded me of home. Damn, I miss New York
