If you work a 9-5 The best times to come and not deal with crowds are early mornings or around 8pm. No issues. Also Reggie is a great trainer!

This gym is fine. Wish there was more floor space for stretching and stuff though
The ultimate training regimen the have here is one of the sickest workouts available! Definitely worth giving a try!
