    don't even THINK of trying to drive here. jerz signs suck and will make you late for your flight. how do i know? because i've missed three flights in separate attempts.

    If you're flying Alaska, the terminal is B; ignore the outdated TVs that say terminal A.

    United has no customer service at all and employees apparently are not required to even try and help. Premier Members do not even get any service!
