Going to TO? Porter airlines is your best option, only leaving from Newark.
No tsa pre anywhere but in terminal C which may not be the terminal you are flying out of.

Terminal A has a shortage of Starbucks. Plan accordingly.

if the security line right outside the airtrain in terminal looks too busy, try going up one level and over to the other checkpoint.
