The shuttle service has become totally unreliable. I've been waiting for 55 minutes, and the driver just show up and went away "to make a phone call". It was pretty bad last time as well.- Free Loaner Bikes in the Service Department. See a Service Advisor for details.
While the shuttle wait was longer than I'd have liked, their coffee machine dispenses a decent espresso.

Beat the morning rush for maintenance appointments around 8/8:15. Nicest customer service.
