This place us by far the best guacamole and chips in town. You can choose hot, medium (we always go for this one) or mild for the guacamole and the chips are always warm. Frozen margaritas is a must!

Come here for their margaritas and their guac! Their flautas are tasty too! This place always gets packed, so try to get there early or make a reservation. Sit out on Stone Street during summer :)
MischaApril 13, 2015People tend to come to these places to drink margaritas and tequila shots, and tend to forget food (unless it is guac&chips) but go for the Tampiqueña steak, it is worth it, said the Mexican.
Dinner for two? Start with chips and salsa trio. Guacamole is unnecessary. Flautas right after, which are my favorite, followed by the Gorditas. Best guacamole in downtown Manhattan. If you like it spicy, ask for extra jalepenos - They can be a bit stingy. Margaritas and micheladas are not to be missed either!

Before 5:30 Margaritas are $5 and Guacamole is $6 (at the bar). Order the former frozen w/ salt and the latter "spicy", and try to do it from the awesome bartender Paco

The Guacamole is a delight for a group and the chili is very welcoming. I hope the restuarant repairs fast from hurricane Sandy!
