As 1970s this airport can be...the excitement to touch down in LA/310 never gets old.
Employee Cafeteria in Terminal 4 has great breakfast burritos.
Where are the bars? Come on ppl term 5 has one and term 6 one. Both suck
Combined wait time to check at bag and get through security at Southwest terminal 1 was 1 hour!

This airport needs major improvements and they need to get their act together. Burbank airport is a better option
Virgin America is the best way to fly from SFO to LAX.
Terminal 2 Starbucks near the gates = slowest service! Don't bother if you don't have a lot of time.
Well shit. Security doesn't open til 4:30. Don't rush to get here if you have a 6am flight.
Pick up your out of town guests at departure instead of arrival - less traffic.

Check in at least 40 minutes before your flight otherwise your bag may not get on the plane!
Kerry HassenJuly 24, 2011Continental terminal is under construction and is a mess. Ask for directions if you need a different terminal as signage in construction zone is poor.
They’re trying so hard, but it still sucks real bad. This place never gets better. Sorry.
