This movement towards "open seating" is disconcerting. At a bar I get it...but on a plane??
Overly crowded.. terminals too far apart and long lines everywhere
Avoid flying Oceanic whenever possible, especially flight 815.
Barcode scanners aren't working. Get a paper boarding pass (ie not a phone boarding pass)

This airport is HORRIBLE for Southwest Airlines!!! Cramped customers are literally herded across each other. Poor seating and horrible food choices!
They need some new monitors at terminal 1. WTF is up w/ these old box TVs that display in neon green and are barely legible?
Fly Virgin for the coast to coast flights. Tvs and outlets help the 6 hour flight

Wow, United is a perfect example of handling a merger in the worst possible way.
Get to the airport 1.5 hrs early if you're on united. Security is a nightmare even at 5am
Why don't you get WiFi in your room...and the tv really sucks..
