Remember your passport, apparently you need it to fly!
Apparenty they're working to improve it. What was wrong with it? I always thought it was a bloody good airport. Now it's a real mess!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!
Horribly slow baggage reclaim. Over 45 minute wait after landing. Gatwick needs to hire more personnel.
Absolute hell hole of an airport. Go from Heathrow next time.
If you can avoid this airport while the renovations going on do!! It is now now just poor it's diabolical.

There is no Starbucks here. Is this a good or a bad thing?
Evoid Pret a Manger. Bad service, croisante is not warmed and you have to wait for ages to be sat down
