    Don't buy a night guard from Dr. Lane! Their night guards are $500+ each and they just outsource them to Glidewell Laboratories. You can buy a cheaper custom lab made night guard online for ~$130.

    FYI - If you don't consent to blood work so they can check if you have a disease in the event they poke themselves they will not see you at all.
