New airport is great. In a year it should be as good as other world class airports.

Nader KrenshiMarch 26, 2019Domestic terminal needs an upgrade, even though it has some good coffee shops but still it’s small, crowded, and only 6 gates for more than 4 companies to utilize.
Business class on Nas airline , is really a new and positive experience!!! Impressed and recommended 👍👍👍
Passport Queue is awesome. You can get old here! Clerks are so fast that you cant tell if they're moving or not!

Car hire is now available in the international terminal so no need to get taxi to the domestic terminal anymore. Recommend Avis! Budget is also here
Be calm .. you have to be calm and don't lose your temper, coz everything here can drive you crazy.

If you need the wheelchair services just ask the check-in desk employe before print the boarding.
Comfortable chairs but not the best of food options.
Never get into a taxi without a bargain, they always tel you tripple the rate at first! Welcome to jeddah again :)

Operators need to understand that good service is about addressing needs. Not new and old. Try to minimize your interactions at the airport. Do not expect to get your needs addressed.
I was with the idea that checking in men at the border must wear Saudi uniform. But not anymore 👎 caz I found them now not professional nor elegant. They must dress as if there are going to weeding.

I've never hate a place like this place 🤦🏻♀️🤢🤧 Biggest turnoff for Jeddah from the moment you land in.
Buy your dates at bin dawood supermarket. They are much cheaper there. It is a tipoff here. First class medina 220 here. 144 in bin dawood. Your choice!
