If your gonna park your car at the airport, 24 hours costs 48 SAR (2 SAR/hour) if your lucky you might find a parking space with shade.
These days go airport early please , Hajj flights making big traffic and long queues.

New airport and new face of Jeddah, the aquarium is amazing. You have to walk for a long time between the gat’s so you have to come early little bed before your flight!
The worst place Ever it took me 8 hours to receive my stuff, and they lost one box, everything is random you feel like you are in a third world country.

Anyone thinking of coming to the airport be careful the whole road have changed to one way (airport+maddinah) .. one slight drift and you will pass to the other side !!

This lounge is next to the smoking room....here’s the WiFi password
Just arrive from Riyadh 20 minutes late but not big deal.
It's due time to move on please .. everything is outdated ..traveling is an experience of great things that's should start @ the airport . Not here 🙄

abdulahJanuary 31, 2021although its still a developing airport , but it has a good selection of restaurants and cafè's. Its so spacious you will realize that if your gate is somewhere A9 and further! Pretty easy one
Despite what everyone says about KAIA, I like it. It is always 2 minutes walking from the airport gate to the flight gate, just come exactly on time and go straight to the gate, no hassle.
Nice spacious lounge in the domestic terminal. Will recommend to join the Alfursan Program with Saudia. A few flights gets you to Elite Status which opens up the lounge regardless of booking class.
HORRIBLE. What makes it even worse, the airport staff and their professionalism are way below par.
The worst international Airport you may ever visit. Bad check in area, no food choices, recently 3 restaurants are added. Unfriendly staff (90%). The worst airport management you will ever see.

A good introduction for new comers of what to expect in a completely unorganized Jeddah. In otter words, chaos at its best!!
Still waiting for the new airport to activate, the old one is not suitable to Saudi Arabia gate for the Hajj and comparing to worldwide airports.
Let's leave all the "How do our airports looks like" behind, even though, it's a bad experience e every time! !!

Beautiful airport bus as what i see from the quality has been used in the airport trust me 15 more years and they have to build a new airport
Everytime I'm here some angry passenger is fighting with the airport staff. All due to lack of organization and the airport being way over its capacity.- Shahab YFebruary 1, 2014Flew Saudia for the first time as it was super duper cheap. Can't be any happier specially given how little KL 2 Paris cost me. Anyway would not consider transiting here at all if paying normal fare!
The new lounge is ready. It looks much better than before - I just don't understand why Saudia Catering insists on having those ugly and uncomfortable seats

IMay 9, 2019The airport is really bad, avoid traveling/having transit in here. Things get chaotic during Ramadan & Hajj. But you can buy Zamzam from here (you have to have your ticket with you).
The airport all people coming into and going out of Jeddah have to go through. Their new terminal is going to be amazing!
