3:30 and our room hasn't been cleaned yet. And this is the concierge floor. Not a problem but seems late for a hotel of this level.

So far HATING my experience here. Hectic confusing lobby. This expensive of a hotel and no free wifi and fridge is ridiculous. Room is uncomfortable and loud. And I NEVER complain.
