Fantastic level of service and ammenities. Only issue...the beds & pillows. Worst nights sleep ever. Again, a beautiful hotel. Marriot has outdone themselves.

If you are a Platinum level they will upgrade you to a suite but ONLY if you ask for it. Weekends are easier to get one

There is no reason to stay on a high floor because you are in the skyline , there is nothing to look out at over, remember, you're in Indianapolis not New York.

Osteria Pronto, Italian restaurant isn't consistent, same dish ordered 5 days later, not the same quality; Service is either great or inexperienced. Based on 4 visits over 2 week period.
