12 oz, rich, round & deep. Baker’s chocolate, honey, & an apricot-like fruit in aroma & small cup. Full, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is drying but sweet, w/ a persistent chocolate. Three parts milk nicely plumps up the chocolate & encourages a floral nuance in the honey note.

12 oz, pungent cedar, savory-sweet melon, orange zest, hints of raisin & night-blooming flowers in aroma & cup. Impressively syrupy mouthfeel. A decidedly tart acidity settles down in a very sweet finish

12 oz, crisply sweet, quietly complex. Chocolate, night-blooming flowers, vanilla, raspberry-like fruit in aroma & cup. Tart but juicy acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates but carries well into a rich, long finish.

12 oz, evaluated as espresso. Pungent, deep, richly tart. Dark chocolate, apricot, roasted nut, orangy cedar in aroma & small cup. Full, syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates in a resonant finish. Dominates two parts milk; perhaps shows best in four parts or taller milk, which rounds the tart pungency & better develops the sweetness in the chocolate

Evaluated as espresso. Deep, sweet-toned aroma: dark chocolate, butter, leather, a hint of pineapple. In the small cup the pineapply fruit note moves forward & dry anise & cedar notes complicate the sweet chocolate. The buttery smoothness of the aroma reasserts itself in a very persistent, complex finish. Rather light, lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Very fine in three parts milk: buttery chocolate, pineapply fruit, richly balance.

Juicy sweet, tartly spicy. Blackberry, pungent cedar, moist fresh-fallen leaves, hints of lemon & cocoa. Balanced, rich acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Long finish rich w/ pungently sweet berry & cedar.
