Arrive a little early? Go to 4th floor (before security) to have coffee and watch the planes depart.

Quite long journey to getting luggage. 'Shuttle train' seems a bad idea although it works well.
Hold your bladder and don't drink any water before you check in at Korean Air

Was very disappointed by the lack of 'special needs' queues. We were told to queue in line with our irritated infant baby... Unfortunate for an airport that is deemed 'the best in the world'!
Wait for one hour for security check only even though you r taking biz class. Web check in recommended.
I luv the free wifi. I waited for 7 hours and I was not bored at all... One of the best airports I've been to!

one of best airport in terms of well arranged system and shopping. ^^
There are charging stations at benches along check-in counters.
