    Tax refund counter rude attitude!! The signboard returned check-in first, but she asked we show the items... Then show the rude face!! Not friendly at all is a short hair "She". Tq Incheon Airport.

    Processing of everything takes too long esp. Arrival. The worst is the waiting time at immigration. definately not an international top airport

    Been here 5+ times
    Worst overall experience. Places are closed down from 8,9,10 pm and there's several flight after midnight. Good luck finding anything to drink or eat
