Come during lunch in the Winter and anytime during the Summer to see great views over London from the 33rd floor, ask for a window table if available. The dim sum is fresh, authentic, and tasty!
The cocktails include vodka-fueled RoseCherry, a Dragon Pearl whose ginger & lemongrass are mixed w/ actual dragon fruit, and one r w/ lycheeliquor, Sichuanpepperhoney, and a Sichuanpepper rim. Read more
Best roasted duck in London I must say. The duck will be carve in your table. The skin is super crispy and the meat is juicy and delicious. The bun is very good too. I'm highly recommend this place.
The most amazing London view.but!communicating with the waitress was so difficult as she denied speaking anything than Chinese! So not only i tasted amazing dumplings and duck,I learnt the language
Book early and ask for a table at the window for magnificent views. Cuttlefishsalad, monkfish soup, scallop and prawnwontons, roasted Peking duck pancakes, Sichuan style Lobster are all fantastic!
The atmosphere and the view. Make sure to have table near by the window. The food was delicious (vegetables spring rolls, prawns rolls, 1/2 roasted duck and fried noodles with seasonal vegetables).
Highly recommended! different resturant, not london style at all, u feel like ur in Japan or china! 😻👏 the view is lovely as well&the food is great👌u should try the pancakeduck and crispy beef👌😻
Atmosphere, mood, presentation, interior, taste, service are very well together so that I really enjoyed every min. Instead of the signature menu we got their recommendations and they were fantastic.
London's finest Chinese restaurant located at The Shard. The cocktails are superb ,the braised sliced beef in aged vinegar and ginger sauce is delicious! but the the crispy de-boned lamb was greasy !
Worth a visit if not just for the view. Soft shell crab was delicious. Would go again, especially to the cocktail bar. "Taoist Blossom" was excellent. Enjoy whilst surveying the London skyline.
Peking duck, softshell crab, scallopcarpaccio. Beautiful atmosphere but surprisingly uncomfortable chairs! Staff was a bit arrogant and also gave some misleading GF-related info contrary to the menu
View is not as good as Aqua Shard's but the food they serve is very tasty. Definitely I will go there again. "Crispy prawn rolls" is higly recommended for starter.
Crabs and the peking duck are a must. I was disappointed in the service small example in the picture with desert forks were just dumped on the table. Not expected from a restaurant of this calibre.
Truly awful old fashioned. Food had good flavor but tiny portions, not really enough to share. You’re paying for breathtaking views and breathtakingly overpriced Sichuan.
The views are great. That's about it. Food is really terrible. Our meat looked and tasted like it was three days old and they just put some sauce on top hoping we wouldn't notice. Service terrible too
Nice view, awful service: we asked twice for the bill, menu, coffee. The wrong drink was brought, wine glasses not cleared... I wouldn't have minded so much if the bill wasn't £160 with £19 service.
Situated on level 33 of the Shard, London’s latest iconic building - Hutong serves the lesser known but fascinating and diverse cuisines of Northern China.
