    A mid-city gem located on the W. side of Carrollton, (about 12 potholes towards the Lake from Jesuit HS) in a neighborhood w/low Katrina recovery (a harsh reminder to enjoy, but also to give back)

    ThenBlue Jay Special is one of the best breafast deals in New Orleans. Five bucks means a perfectly sized breakfast burrito and small coffee. Don't eat meat? Sub the chorizo for potatoes!
