The Yoga pods are not only heated to a comfortable degree, but the illumination is quite relaxing. Great to fully immerse in the flow Yoga.
The best hot yoga classes in East LDN. Catherine Weston's classes are challenging but amazing. Expect strong vinyasa flow and a lot of sweat! 💦🙏🏼
