Angela SharmaFebruary 10, 2013As a gold member, I expect to walk up to the counter and be handed the keys to my rental with a free upgrade and correct reservation. This location is awful and always messes up your reservation.
Heather KauffmanDecember 27, 2011I did't hv satellite service either- minor detail.Car was great. CS upon pickup ws great,CS at drop off ws lacking. Watch the rates to ensure its the same as you booked.Rating them avg not exceptional
No standard "Gold Board" here probably because it's so small. When they have long lines they need to ask if anyone in line is a gold member, as they should already have your car and keys waiting.
