- As a Presidents Club Member, I love Hertz. However, my rental car this wee was filthy. It looked like a 2 year old child puked Sprite on the inside of the front windshield. What the hell?
- Randal RugeFebruary 12, 2015My reservation with AAA discount was $27.59 a day but turned into $79.00 a day because they upgraded me. A total rip off! No more AAA, Hertz, or Phoenix for me.
- These assholes tried to charge me $200/day for an ECONOMY sized car. Also tried telling me it was Manager's Special pricing. Person next to me paid $35. F--- you, Hertz. Signed, unhappy gold member.

- Leave extra time in case all the return check in team takes lunch at the same time! Cost me an extra 20 minutes.

- READ the estimate of charges screen when the agents show it to you. It will show you what is being charged.
