Be alert; the counter staff will bombard you with upsells. Check the amount on your receipt before walking away; if the amount is higher than you were expecting, renegotiate.
The rep was nice, but the wait was awful for a car I had already paid for online. It was not clear that I could use the kiosk, I thought it was just for making a reservation. What a waste of an hour.
I have never had to wait in such a long line before to rent or return my car. It took over an hour to get my car, then when I returned it the directions were impossible to find.
Do not expect service from the worst Hertz location in the country. Instead expect no or confusing directions and signs. If you're lucky they will even yell at you to move your car somewhere else.
Long line made all the worse by the tackyelevatormusic. Dozens of check in windows and 7 total agents (two of which are obviously doing something else)
Staff is helpful but be prepared to wait at both pick up and return. Not long but expect 5 to 10 mins which can feel long if you are late for your flight.
Do yourself a favor. NEVER rent from here. Waited 2 hours in line. When we went to get our car, it wasn't in the spot. Still waiting.... no discounts or apologies. Ridiculous!
Worst. Hellish. Employees cannot locate a reserved car, don't know the wait time, give you a different car for more money and have a "not my business" attitude. Ruined my first impression of LA
Wow - avoid if at all possible. Usual go to of Enterprise was sold out so had to come here. Will not be back. Lines absurdly long and self check-in kiosks are a joke.
