Apart from room jacuzzi and fair water park facilities, there's nothing good about this place. Worst buffet dinner ever had as a resort level, better to eat at roadside.

Been here 5+ times
Compete waste of money. No one will respond to your service calls. Wonder how would the hotel act in an emergency. Will never recommend this crap hotel.

the studio suite i got is not the same bed in the picture. The service is lousy.call the operator so many times but no one pick up.

Rooms are ok, but check in is horrible. Was asked to check in @ 3pm but rooms were not available until 5pm and worst of all I saw people check out @ 4pm. Kind of dad to see this place run like this.

Not worth it. The hotel service is really2 poor. The fabric lining upon our dinner table is dirty. I mean dinner man. It it really obvious. I wont come here again. The only plus is their bathroom.

Terrible service, facilities & food. The place is filled with flies, dead & alive. The lobby smells like cow shit & the water park wouldn't be fun if you were a teen or older. First and last time here

If u come to check at 12pm, should expecting to get the room at 5pm.. If u come at 3pm for check in, old expecting to get room at 8pm... Never ever come to this resort... Wasting money and time!!!!

No signage indicate where is ur room. Services is bad as I online requested extra bed but the receptionist said they dont read the request colum. Water theme park is dirty and slippy

Service is horrndous! Had to q up for ages to check in,was told tht booking's for last mnth whenthey're the one who keyed in wrongly. Flies all over. Def my first & last visit. Not worth time & money.

NEVER ever come here! This place is dirty as hell. The room, beach, everywhere is dirty. Lobby filled with flies. Bad service. I went home with rashes. Never coming back.
