Beautiful beach 🌇 sunset, nearby got the seafood restaurant to enjoy rest of evening. If you weekend here near bar area should have live performance can take drink and spend the rest of night.

Had a great time pampering myself in the jacuzzi, awesome beach bar & pier restaurant where u could have a romantic sunset moment, but the resort seriously in need of maintenance work here & there

Perfect jacuzzi in room, peaceful place, just an hour from KL. Just ignore the bad reviews , their getting much2 better now. Recommended.

Cleanliness was superb.. waterpark looking well maintained.. life guards were friendly toward kids.. overall we're totally satisfied. :-)

The facilities..nothing to shout about. The breakfast was not an enjoyable experience as the breakfast spot tend to be congested. Either you came early or a bit later. And its flies-infested too.

Best to avoid if you want to avoid crowd, flies and not so tasty food.. sorry, tried my best to see the +ve points, probably the room n washrooms r the better things.

Great place but still new... Staff said they're in process to stop the factory from operation soon to stop the foul smell. But they should take action about the flies ASAP.

Great for family. But hotel rooms are badly maintained. Can't even use the jacuzzi.

Water theme park is full of kids and hotel room is not well maintained. There was hair and dust everywhere. The water in the theme park went from clear to brown. I don't even know if that's healthy.

No extra pillow or extra towels. Only 1 key per apartment. And you can't even get a hot drink at the coffee house until 11pm. Hot drinks are not served at The Pier.

Nothing works. No one bothers to pick up the phone even the operator. Wonder how would they act in an emergency. Not a safe hotel to stay. Think twice before staying here

Our 5th time here and the place is getting worse & tired. Reception staff blur while checkin & totally not friendly.. even if you smile they won't smile back.. this will be our last visit.
