I got the hole in bread or something. It was good, but I wish I ordered something else. The pink lemonadecocktail was strong and worth the $12. I'll be back.
Definitely was good enough to eat, but I am not sure it warrants the lengthy wait. The tuna melt was certainly one of the best in New York and the hot apple cider is nice. (3 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more
Also, if you come as late as we came 9:15 pm, be ready for them to be out of multiple items on the menu. We still loved the ambiance and decor, and food too (a bit).
Come for the biscuits, the sausage, the French toast and the bartender. Only things that disappoint are the coffee drinks (not their forte) and the syrup (watery). Dinner is amazing too.
You form a line outside if there is a wait, no list. However, the food is fabulous and so is the service. It's small and quaint w/a country feel. Fabulous!
Good food less than average service. The manager hassled my friend and I as we were waiting for two friends to arrive (we had only JUST sat down). If the cafe were busy I'd have understood.
By far the BEST place to have breakfast in New York. This tiny jaunt has a line around the corner and out the back door for Sunday Brunch. You can also inquire about their cooking classes! - Nikki
The breakfast food here is so awesome. The hamburgers are so over the top. You can always have a delicious Thanksgiving dinner every night of the year here.
Its all about amazing eggs and french toast at this hyped spot. Worth the wait if you enjoy country styled brunch. Try the yummy pumpkin pancakes in the fall
