VJune 24, 2015I was really disappointed with telephone stations which are 100% useless,tried to call for 10+ times and didn't work. Asked 3 workers to help and no one knew how to use it. Avoid this airport.

Endless bus transfer, overcrowded lifts, small pathways... Many reasons why this airport has always been a pathetic place.
Lots of walking and be prepared to carry your bags down or up 4 flights of stairs. Worst airport in the world!

One of the best airports I've been to. Clean, professional, very well organized, has many seating areas and great shops. Germany has nailed it.
This airport is like a stop on the New Jersey Turnpike of Europe.
Too many people using the airport while every service is very slow. This well-known airport is yet to be improved !
