Don't be discouraged if the line is long; it moves right along, and the coffee is worth the wait. Also... the cuteness of the staff is only exceeded by their niceness.

think the mocha is the best i've had in SF. only served with whole milk or soy, recommend the whole milk. nice break from internet cafes

Their normal espresso blend is too fruity for me. However you can try other types of coffee beans at the "slow coffee bar".
