Calling all pole newbies!!! Visit us every Monday night in May & June at 5:30 p.m. to learn the very basic concepts of pole dance and fitness. This class is ideal for those new or curious about Fitness with a Twist. Bare feet, no lotion on your hands or thighs and a positive attitude are required. This mini drop-in class is $12. Nervous or shy?! This is the drop-in for YOU!

We know you LOVE Pole Fusion and are itching to get into Pole Tricks, but alas, your nemesis is inverting into a classic "chopper." Have no fear! PRIMAL POLE is HERE! A mix of cardio, climbing and hardcore pole/strength moves that will increase your stamina & endurance -leave you feeling like you can tackle anything pole-related. Drop-in for $20, or buy a 5 class pass for $80. Pre-requisite: MUST have a minimum of 5 RECENT pole dance classes under your belt.

Never say NEVER! You TOO can obtain YOUR DREAM BOD and Aubrey DeStephen, Fitness America Pro, can help you do it! This class is an intense, full-body workout, but can be modified for most fitness levels and abilities. If your MIND is willing, then YES this class is perfect for you to earn your BIKINI BODY just in time for Spring. Please wear clean sneakers to class and bring water and a towel. *Aubrey a certified Health & Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine; certified Group Fitness Instructor, Degreed Exercise Specialist and Certified Nutritionist. *Ask out our SPECIAL - 5 classes for $40 or 10 classes for $75!

All students are welcome who have had a minimum of 3 pole classes under their belt. Get some extra pole time in and PRACTICE your moves! An instructor will be on hand for supervision, but this is NOT a structured class. It is YOUR time to PLAY. Bring in music or use the house music, work on your routine, a move or just play around and get to know other students! *This class is FREE if have a POLE PERKS Greensburg card! Occurs the LAST Wednesday of every month.

Enhance your yoga practice and flexibility by practicing yoga with someone else it can be a friend, parent, acquaintance, sibling or significant other! You'll experience a sequence of movements that will be supported by your partner. Increase your mind/body and breathe awareness during this two-hour workshop. Have fun learning ways to help each other gain confidence with more advanced poses, such as headstand and forearm balance. It's time to explore a new side of yoga...and this time, you're not alone. $50 per couple OR $45 for Pole Perks members. BONUS! Fitness with a Twist is Pittsburgh's original pole dance studio! Located in the South Side of Pittsburgh and now in Greensburg, we are exclusively devoted to enhancing female fitness. We pioneered pole dancing for fitness in Pittsburgh and can proudly state all of our instructors are certified fitness instructors.

Pole dancing is also a great aerobic workout. It is also found to be empowering and liberating. Imagine feeling excited about exercising once again! We will provide you with great instruction, a clean and safe environment, and all the fun you can handle.

If you are lucky enough to secure a date and time, chances are one was turned away due to our limited of availability. You may re-schedule and make up your party within 2 weeks of the original booking date, if you choose not to, your deposit is forfeited.

Includes 2 full hours of pole dance instruction. Up to 25 guests. TWO FREE Pole Class Passes for the host and the guest of honor! BYOB welcomed. Bring snacks, cake, and beverages - whatever you'd like. Shorts are best for these classes and bare feet, however anyone who wishes to wear heels may do so as long as they have straps. Music, boas, props are provided, unleash your inner Diva! A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of booking to secure the date, time and instructor. All participants must be 18 or have parental consent to participate in class.

This is a one hour private group fitness class for those who would like to have the studio and an instructor all to themselves. This Package is now available for groups 8 and under. on Saturdays at 1:30 or 2:30 in our new performance space!

Pole dance is the ultimate full body workout. Students will learn dance moves, floor work, pole tricks and spins, and transitions. All skill levels are welcome!

A chair can be used as a fun, sexy prop. Everyone has a chair at home so when you are not at the studio you can brush up on your own choreography! Learn to bring out your confident and seductive inner you in this sultry workout, learn moves you can take home and "workout" with or keep them at the studio for weekly routines. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of booking to secure the date, time and instructor. All participants must be 18 or have parental consent to participate in class.

In order to be considered for an instructor position you will be held to the highest level of professionalism, reliability and safety to insure our students and party goers will have the best fitness & dance experience. You must love to dance and have fun, as well as teach!

Pole beginners... who have never tried pole or have a little or some experience but want to build proper basic skills. Over these 6 weeks, you will master a baseline repertoire of simple spins, pole climbing, and a few combinations. You will also develop strength and flexibility that will serve as a foundation for more advanced moves. Those who are taking Pole 101 and all Levels Drop-in should be in this class!

Level 2 Prepares you for intermediate level courses and is required to be completed for Spins and Intermediate Class! Review the moves you learned in beginners 1. Class will focus on basic combo spins and the beginnings of improvisational dance so that you can add your own sexy style to your workout.

Over these 6 weeks, you will master a baseline repertoire of simple spins, pole climbing, and a few combinations. You will also develop strength and flexibility that will serve as a foundation for more advanced moves. Those who are taking Pole 101 and all Levels Drop-in should be in this class!

No Pole Experience Needed! Learn to slink your way around the floor in the sexiest way possible! Movement can be incorporated into any pole or chair choreography or just to have a low key fun warm up at home! Workshop does include fully choreographed routine.
