Worst fucking venue! Everyone who works there is clueless, disrespectful, and unorganized. I was appalled at the way I was treated. I did not get the VIP experience I paid for. Never going back!

They are not too aware of how 4sq works and did not honor my mayoral checkin for a simple bottle of water. Thankfully, there was a bartender who gave me one, but no one even knew what 4q was! Read more
