Since the building work was completed the shopping airside has become much better.
Roadworks at front of the terminal means car parking buses now pull into the stands opposite the multistorey. Don't get lost ?!
The other eateries is best. Not the chain pub. Honest
Carmen M2 weeks agoThis airport needs a lot of updating. Security is outdated and the signage is terrible.
Watch out for the smokers right outside the terminal they should be made to smoke in a shelter a few hundred meters away from the airport. Disgusting!
Probably the worst coffee in Europe, and no organization at the check in.

David TateJanuary 27, 2013This airport is the SLOWEST in the UK for delivering your baggage. Incredibly slow considering the airport isn't that big.
Mark GouldsmithNovember 16, 2016The security was a pleasure to go through, extremely well organized with plenty of operating detector stations. The wait was maybe 2 minutes on a Wednesday morning.
Get here early and enjoy some food In the Sir Walter Scott bar.

Be prepared for the long walk to the new car hire centre. No buses !
Beats Glasgow by miles; facilities, choice, prices, opening times, shopping opportunities, cleanliness, baggage handling\claim. All better.
Not too big airport, easy to get around, liked it!
- The sir walter Scott is an average airport bar. A good size but slow service.
Worst airport in the world .. i hate flying through here and security is horrible. Try never fly to edinburgh they are rude, arrogant ignorant. Although I'm scottish i live overseas but hate it.
