- mary lisleyOctober 9, 2011Love love love this place! If you are ever in Syracuse, NY you have to go to the original. The vibe is completely different but still the same great food!
- AlexisAugust 11, 2012It gets packed at dinner time, so the earlier you go the better, but the tables by the bar are all first come first serve. You must order a plate of fried green tomatoes.
- Leanne ZDecember 17, 2015Just come here! Gets crowded so make a reservation if you have a group. If it's date night, get beers at the bar while you wait.

- MatthewMay 23, 2013For some extra kick, try Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA (ABV 9%) with your wings and ribs.
- Natalie S.December 4, 2011Enjoyed everything on the swag sampler plate. Preferred the brisket over the pulled pork. Ribs were good. Cajun potato salad better choice over boiled potato. Southern creamy style w egg.
- Matt HantzFebruary 18, 2013As a native Rochesterian, the wings with the garlic/chipotle/pepper sauce are very nostalgic, evoking images of wide right, no goal and Keith Smart.
- Apps: Fried Green Tomatoes and The Shrimp, ask for them hot (they are normally served cold, but are to die for when the are hot.) Entree: COMBOS! Sides: Mac and Cheese & Syracuse Salt. No dieters!
- mayMay 31, 2013put your name on the list and wait at riverside park whilst looking at the menu to decide what you want. (get salt potatoes!)

- Réjane TFebruary 15, 2012Sweet baby Moses, the BBQ basted turkey burger and fried green tomatoes are out of this world. I'm serious. Sangria is really good, too.
- Cheryl MoyMay 3, 2012Try the Family BBQ Sampler (1 whole chicken, 1 rack of ribs, brisket, pulled pork, Mac & cheese, sweet potato mash, corn bread) - yum :)
- Chad HornerOctober 7, 2014Ribs and wings are great, as you'd expect. If you want an alternative, go for the catfish
- Don't miss the salt potatoes. Pro tip: cut them in half and let them soak for a few. Enjoy!
- Mounir KaradjaNovember 20, 2013The ribs are sweet, juicy and perfectly tender. 9 should be enough for fill any tummy to the brim.

- Leandro LageraJune 4, 2016Used to be my favorite all time BBQ joint. Great place with a group of people.
- SeemaAugust 23, 2012Get the Texas brisket... Being a Texan I give it a stamp of approval... Might be the best brisket I've ever had... Hands down.
- Payman BahmaniAugust 18, 2010Possibly best chicken wings in the city. Order them with the Devil's Duel sauce if you got the balls. If wait time's too long spot an outside table, which is usually shorter wait.

- Stephanie MorenoJanuary 21, 2012BBQ chicken is ready with your hands good. Love coleslaw...it is both mayo & vinegar based. Brisket a bit dry and I hate that it came pre sauced.
- Don't come hungry: Between the wait for a table and the wait for your food, its an hour wait. If you're not drinking it feels even longer. Oh the food is good, you just need people who talk with you.
- Kaitlin NicoliniApril 4, 2015Wings are awesome! Wait can be long but worth it because the food comes quickly
- Lizzy SaxeSeptember 24, 2015Brilliant ribs, deviled eggs, and fried green tomatoes, but most everything else isn't worth the trip.
- JenKuduSeptember 25, 2013After eating at the one in Syracuse, this location could use a little love. The portions to price here are a bit shocking too.

- MyerSeptember 11, 2015Some good BBQ ribs. Don't get too adventurous on the menu because it's not all good, particularly the sides.
- Joe HarrellSeptember 4, 2011Put your name in and head a little north towards the water to check out the beautiful renovated piers. (Do you "renovate" a pier? Doesn't sound right.)
- Jim RayJuly 22, 2019Food is pretty on point for a generic (meaning non-region specific) ‘cue joint. Sides are solid. Decor and setting are weird. Plastic cups? After 15 years, needs a fresh perspective maybe.
