$12 Mommy & Me

Time: 10:15am-11:15am; Instructor: Michelle Stewart; Descriptions: This class is less formal than traditional classes and is designed to create special time between mother and child. Women may practice as soon as they get their doctorÕs approval. The class is appropriate for newborns up to moderate crawling. Please bring an extra blanket for your baby.

Time: 8:30am-9:55am; Instructor: Judy Pyanowski; Descriptions: Class begins with a longer warming-up phase, slowly building into the complexity of the poses using props to support alignment and safety. The emphasis is on increasing awareness and ease, while building core, arm and leg strength.

$10 Gentle Chair Yoga

The Practice
