My first aged steak ... absolutely delicious. I would come back here in a second. (And the seafood tower was pretty good! I'm spoiled with super fresh seafood in boston tho)
You do taste the notes of blue cheese in the 55 day aged bone in ribeye. The bacon on a stick, more appropriately named pork belly on a stick, was also the epitome of smoky sweet goodness.
Omg. The 55 day dry aged steak was undoubtably the best steak I've ever tasted in my life. And they even have a 75 day old! The mac&cheese was amazing. And the bread puffs. This place is so worth it.

Surprisingly good cocktail program here, including some barrel aged. You've never had anything like the Petit Confit (whistlepig, absinthe, duck infused white wine).
In town on business and instead of fighting traffic back to Rosemont at rush hour decided on dinner @ David Burke's. 50-day Rib Eye was excellent but I still prefer Gibson's! Mac n Cheese was great!
The bacon for appetizer was delicious!! Also love the cheesecake for dessert. Of you have a lot of guests and not enough room in your belly, these bite size cheesecakes are perfect.

The best meal I've ever eaten. The surf and turf dumplings (especially the jerk pork) were the perfect appetizer. The dry aged steak has such a distinct flavor. Tour the freezer after dinner!
The food is good here, but I wouldn't say this is the best steak house in the Midwest. Copper rock has cheaper steaks that blow this place's steaks out of the water! Staff wears jeans..looks so tacky
Excellent steak and sides. Don't forget to check in and show the waiter for a free appetizer. It was so incredible that it is almost unbelievable. Use the sommelier to make your wine selection!
I'm still drooling over their red velvet cake in a can. You have to order it at the start of the meal because it takes about 40 minutes. It's worth the wait.
Kobe beef corn dogs for the free ski w/ 4 square check n shake and steak menu is awesome w/ martini steak and side martini splurge with bone in filet and langmeil Shiraz bamm
