I recommend the tuna melt. It comes with avocado so if you don't want any make sure you tell them to serve it on the side so you can give it to your friends.

Try the humphrey yogart. Funny name, but the combination of tangy plain yogurt, fruit, honey, and granola is delicious and refreshing.
