Small airport and easy to find yourself but not very comfy. Taxi drivers at arrival zone are too annoying

Not all trains stop at W-Centralna. Check the small schedule on the wall, or ask. Fare is 3.60.

The security is terrible! The metal ditrctor setting is wrong and they always frisk you! They even make you take of the flip flops!! Hate this and so far this airport is far behind European standards.
Boring yet rather comfortable airport. Beware of fake taxi drivers, regular taxis are fine. Free wifi in ING area.

If you are in a hurry use security control in terminal 1 - it is just like fastlane
Justin LeuMay 10, 2017Take bus 188 outside across the street from the taxi line, 3.4 zl to centrum. From there you can take M1 to get to old town. You can use the same ticket for both bus and metro.
Mako AsatianiApril 10, 2014Horrible internet, dont exchange the currency here, too expensive. The tax free services are very problematic, food generally doesnt taste nice and most of the staff was not available to provide info.
Don't use the restrooms in the gate area; they're dirty and they smell bad. The ones right after the security check are bearable, though.

Do NOT fly with LOT WAW - WRO or WRO - WAW. It's faster and cheaper to take the car. Start home WAW 25min, 1h before check in, 1-2h DELAY (standard), 1h from airport WRO makes 4-5h travel time. WTF!!!
