Lufthansa check in is a joke and the ladies were rude as ever. Thank goodness the gate agents were better. 1 carry-on sucks though
Avoid the restaurant "Business Shark". Terrible food straight out of hell!
if your bagage is serviced by LS Airport Service be sure to wait at least 40 mins for it... even if prioriity
Ignore "taxi dealers" at arrivals. Ride to the city should be below 30 pln if no unusual traffic jams occur. Taxis wait outside.
Warsaw Chopin Airport - arrogant polish staff disrespectful and ridiculous attitude to the passengers. Avoid it when you have choice!
Waiting on security? Don't bee fool. Go to old terminal and go without queues.
Still no changes the airport security would likely make you go naked the do a proper job. Bad, bad security with regulatoins that no orher airport has.

Eoin LooneyMarch 19, 2013Terrible experience of jumping through hoops to get on wifi. Avoid trying to scan your boarding card at a kiosk. Instead use your mobile browser to have login details SMS'd to you. Don't hold breath!
No place for the cars to pick up arriving passengers. Almost the same for drop off. Awful organization, extremely unfriendly.

The worst airport toilets ever! Who designed them? So small you cannot move inside! Someone should take an example from Amsterdam Schiphol airport!!!!!!
