My friends brought me here, and I had a great time. Wasn't terribly hungry but what I had tasted amazing. Will stop by this place if I see it anywhere near me. Definitely need to check out gift shop.
I love this place so much that I bought their cookbook before I left LA to move to Austin. Now that I'm back, I try to visit as often as I can. Nothing is bad on the menu.
A classy infusion of Yucatecan dining… Chef Gilberto Cetina has created an exciting menu from a wide array of cuisines…Try the Panuchos..they are warm and tasty center will have you asking for more!
We tried 4/5 of the tacos as a way to sample their best stews and grilled meats, instead of filling up on sides. Take a bottle of their own habanero hot sauce home with you.
The taste and flavor of Yucatan. Panuchos here is amazing. It is a crispycorn tortilla filled with black bean with turkey, onion, tomato and avocado. Hot haberno sauce is awesome n spicy!
One of the 3 best Peruvian places in L.A. (Mo-Chica) is also in the Mercado's food court, so you can hit 2 birds with one stone, if you're feeling especially gluttonous.
Thought the papadzules would make a good lunch choice but it is a heavily egged dish. Chichen would do well to change this item to their breakfast category.
