Love this studio! So many classes; something for everyone! If you are in the mood to "groove" make sure to attend James' classes on Tuesday or Thursday!
I love the Restore class here; it feels like a cross between a nap and a massage.
Kim's class is awesome! I breathe better after a session and my mind is clear. AND I have fun!
Great prenatal yoga class taught at noon on Sunday's.
